You'll have access to PBX Manager when you log into your online account. You can view your users, devices, extensions, voicemail boxes, ring groups and a bunch of other settings.
Clicking on the menu will bring up a list of the selected items. Drill-down to see various alternatives including voicemail-to-email, assigned devices and extensions, and caller-id.
You can add, edit, disable, and enable options in your phone system with a few clicks. We'll always be there to help you out, or flat out do it for you.
