How do I have my voicemail sent to email?
You can have your voicemail sent directly to your email address. The voicemail comes in an audio file you play from your computer. This setting can be configured by your phone system administrator, or by a support technician at Jive.

You may select whether the system deletes your voicemail from the system when it is emailed, or is left on the system for further access.
