How do I record Auto-Attendant prompts?

To record your prompts dial “104”. You will then be prompted to dial a message number. To record file “one”, dial “one”, speak the desired Prompt, and dial “#” to finish the message.

Use the Prompt file numbers in the Dial Plan to indicate which Prompts go where.
